Shipping Method
We ship all orders directly to you using reliable 3PL (third-party logistics) partners. This allows us to offer efficient international shipping with professional handling and tracking.

• Europe (most EU countries)
• United States

If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering — we may be able to accommodate additional destinations on request.

Delivery Times
Once your order is processed and shipped, typical delivery times are 30–45 days from the date of dispatch.Actual times can vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control (e.g., holidays, peak seasons, or unexpected delays).We will notify you by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking information.You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) shortly after dispatch. You can track your package using the carrier’s website or our order tracking page.

Buyer-Arranged Shipping

You are welcome to use your own preferred delivery service or courier.If you choose this option, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange for you to collect from our facility or coordinate a handover.
Additional fees or arrangements may apply.

Customs, Duties, VAT & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs clearance and any applicable import duties, VAT, or taxes are generally the responsibility of the buyer.

• These charges (if any) are collected by your local customs authorities upon arrival and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before ordering.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our 3PL partner within 7 business days of payment confirmation.We will send you an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

• We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
• For any changes to your shipping address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible (changes may not be possible once shipped).
